Our goal at Groutsmith of Central Florida is to provide the highest quality of tile & grout cleaning, restoration & repair, to enable homeowners & business owners to enjoy and appreciate the beauty and functionality of their tile & grout surfaces, and to instruct proper maintenance techniques using the best products to keep their tile & grout beautiful.
Groutsmith History
In 1992, the original Groutsmith was established in Sarasota, FL. Since then, they have grown to include Brandon and Land O'Lakes, and we are now proud to announce our location in Orlando, Florida, currently servicing Orlando, FL and all surrounding areas. After recognizing the strong demand for a professional service to clean, repair and restore tile and grout floors and showers. The work, at that time, was being done primarily by handymen and amateurs. There needed to be a professional who could analyze the condition of grout and tile and then determine which service, repair and products were needed to professionally restore them to their original condition. Thus, the Groutsmith was born and a restoration process and a proprietary line of professional products were developed.

Our Owners, Dedicated Employees, Business Associates and Preferred Vendors make up our family, our winning team. Each Groutsmith Owner is Certified, Insured and offer the most advanced procedures and products in the industry. It's been 2 years since I had my grout re stained and cleaned by grout Smith. I can tell you it has held up beautifully. I was ready to pull these floors out and put something new down. Instead I had them come out. They repaired the few grout lines that needed repairing, cleaned it, stained it and it is absolutely beautiful 2 years later. Im buying more product because the product really does keep it clean. Our 20-year old bathrooms were nice, but needed TLC. We actually thought we would need to remodel to get the appearance we desired. After a few hours of effort the tub in one bath and the shower stall in another were brand new in appearance. We can now delay the remodel.
